Irish dance group Cairde features in Dua Lipa’s new TikTok version of the music video for her hit song “Levitating”.
The TikTok group made up of seven dancers from the west of Ireland, who were Irish Dance Globe’s first ever cover interview, appear in the new video which features the best TikToks made to the pop star’s song.
Their #Levitating TikTok, which has 212.2K views, made it into the special music video release which also features 16 others, from makeup artists, to roller skaters and street dancers.
At the end of the video, Dua Lipa speaks to the camera, saying that she’s “so overwhelmed by all of your support for the music video for ‘Levitating'”. The song is one of the most successful single releases from her multi million selling album “Future Nostalgia”.
“I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who auditioned through the Global Dua Video Hashtag Challenge,” she adds.
The #Levitating hashtag has had over three billion views so far.
